Modica, the Igp chocolate guest of honor in Borgo San Dalmazzo in Piedmont

The Consortium for the Protection of Modica Chocolate IGP is the guest of honor at “A Village of Chocolate”.

Now in its 26th edition, the event, scheduled for today and tomorrow, is promoted by the Municipality of Borgo San Dalmazzo with the support of the Chambers of Commerce of Turin and Cuneo and Confartigianato Cuneo and Borgo.

The organization is managed by the Ente Fiera Fredda, in collaboration with the Friends of Chocolate Association and Confartigianato Imprese Cuneo.

The invitation to the Consortium was extended by the mayor of the city, Roberta Robbione, and by Giovanna Chionetti, president of the Friends of Chocolate Association, an organization that, like the Consortium, is part of The Chocolate Way.

Representing the Consortium will be master chocolatier Federico Di Rosa of Sfizi Golosi, who will hold two demonstrations, one on Saturday afternoon and the other on Sunday afternoon.

During the events, the unique processing of Modica Chocolate IGP will be illustrated, which is today the only one in Europe to bear such a designation.
