Sampieri, a bike ride of solidarity for the children of the Casa gialla

Last Saturday, a large group of indoor cycling enthusiasts, led by instructor Gianfranco Giannone, gathered at the Vitality sports center in Modica for a ride in the name of solidarity.

The charitable initiative was organized to support the children of the Casa Gialla di Sampieri, which was hit by the recent cyclone Harry and almost completely destroyed.

The session helped raise part of the funds needed for the reconstruction of the facility.

Further events are already planned to achieve the goal of returning the Casa Gialla to the little ones, a space where they can come together, play, and have fun again.

“Our indoor cycling ride – says instructor Gianfranco Giannone – was dedicated to the children of the Casa Gialla di Sampieri, affected and destroyed by the recent cyclone. It was an intense workout, but above all a moment of great heart and participation. The Vitality gym in Modica, always very attentive and sensitive to charitable initiatives, wanted once again to turn sports into a concrete opportunity for help and sharing. Everyone present contributed with their generosity, but a special thanks also goes to those who, despite not being able to find a spot in the room, still wanted to contribute to the charity collection. It is this spirit of solidarity that made the event even more beautiful and moving. Thank you all for pedaling with your hearts!”
