Pozzallo, great result for Rogasi: Iacopo Armenia in the national final of the Mediterranean Mathematical Games

Important milestone for Iacopo Armenia, a student in 3E class of the first-grade secondary school of Comprensivo Rogasi, who has qualified for the national final of the Mediterranean Mathematical Games.
In the provincial final, held on March 6 in Vittoria, Iacopo achieved an extraordinary first absolute place, correctly answering all the questions of the test. This brilliant result allowed him to access the national final on May 3, where he will represent his category. He will also be the only student from the province of Ragusa to participate in the section dedicated to third-grade classes.
In the provincial competition, the following students from the first-grade secondary school also participated: Leonardo Giannone Malavita (1B), Ginevra Iacobello (1C), Ettore Iozia (1C), Kevin Marku (1E), Beatrice Migliore (2E), Alessandra Di Loro (2E), Antonio Giunta (2B), Antonio Viva (3E), and Nicolò Ballatore (3A).
From the Primary School, the following participated: Marta Floriddia (3A Raganzino), Emma Floriddia (3A Raganzino), Sofia Garufi (3B Raganzino), Gabriele Monte (4A Pandolfi), Ignazio Falla (4A Pandolfi), Salvatore Giunta (4B Pandolfi), Leonardo Galfo (5A Palamentano), and Pietro Belluardo (5B Pandolfi).
The school principal, Dr. Deborah Consoli, wanted to personally congratulate the student for the achievement, visiting the classroom along with the vice principal Prof. Tonia Rendo, the coordinator of the Mathematical Games Prof. Tonino Giardina, the mathematics teacher Prof. Santo La Rocca, and the class coordinator Prof. Angela Distefano.
