Poste Italiane opens new permanent positions for multilingual counter operators in Sicily. The announcement, published on the company's portal, specifically concerns the offices in Vittoria, in the province of Ragusa.

The selected resources will operate within the post office in contact with an international clientele and with the various professionals in the network, dealing with:

Supporting customers in using digital channels, identifying their needs and providing targeted assistance;

Carrying out cash operations and transactions;

Promoting and selling the company's products and services;

Collaborating synergistically with colleagues in the office;

Ensuring accurate, efficient activities that comply with internal procedures.

Required qualifications:

Five-year secondary school diploma with a minimum score of 70/100 (or 42/60) or a degree;

Excellent knowledge of the French language.
