Tax checks on the Superbonus, Ance Ragusa organizes an online meeting
The appointment is scheduled for Thursday and will also focus on the news regarding energy incentives.

Thursday, March 19 at 4:00 PM an online in-depth meeting is scheduled for member companies, dedicated to tax audits on the Superbonus and the latest developments in energy efficiency incentives, with a focus on Conto Termico 3.0.
The event, promoted by ANCE Ragusa, arises in light of the increasing intensification, on a national scale, of verification activities conducted by the Revenue Agency and the Guardia di Finanza on operations related to the Superbonus, particularly concerning companies that have operated under the so-called general contractor model.
“The audits, initially emerging in some regions of the Northeast, are progressively extending throughout the national territory, with reports also in Sicily – explains the director of Ance Ragusa, Giuseppe Guglielmino -. The assessments mainly concern the amounts received by companies that coordinated the interventions without directly executing all the works, with checks on the difference between what was invoiced to the client and what was paid to the third-party companies involved in the work. This is an interpretation that we have contested, but which is nonetheless leading to numerous investigative activities, requests for clarifications, and, in some cases, the drafting of reports of findings.”
At the same time, on the energy incentives front, significant news is reported for the Conto Termico 3.0. The portal has been temporarily suspended by the Energy Services Manager (GSE) after a launch characterized by a very high number of applications, to allow for checks on the submitted practices and ensure compliance with the spending caps.
“The Conto Termico represents one of the most relevant tools to support energy efficiency interventions and the production of thermal energy from renewable sources, with capital contributions aimed at both private entities and public administrations,” Guglielmino further notes.
The speaker for the meeting will be lawyer Gian Mario Fulco, Partner at STS Deloitte STP SB.
The session will allow for an in-depth discussion on: tax inspections on the Superbonus and the main disputes faced by companies; formal and substantial errors in communications and possible defensive strategies; the update on the incentives framework and Conto Termico 3.0. A final part of questions and answers with the participants is also planned.
Given the current relevance of the topics, ANCE Ragusa invites the associated companies interested in participating in the initiative. The link for access to the event can be requested at the association's headquarters in Ragusa.
