Productivity bonus up to 200 euros: agreement between Sais bus lines and unions

Sais autolinee Spa has signed a company agreement on production bonuses for workers, following discussions with all trade unions. The company announced that "the new system, linked to parameters such as attendance, productivity, quality, and service regularity, provides for economic recognitions that can reach up to 200 euros for the most virtuous workers".

"The defined agreement - explains director Vincenzo Asaro - strengthens the path that the company has long decided to establish with the trade unions. It is a shared effort aimed at developing projects capable of positively impacting all company processes, for the benefit of workers and the entire organization. At the same time - continues Asaro - the quality of service offered to citizens remains central. We continue to invest in improving the transport offer, maintaining standards that represent a benchmark in the regional local public transport landscape and always putting the passenger's needs at the center".

The company concludes the note by expressing "appreciation for the climate of constructive dialogue that characterized the negotiations and thanks all trade unions for their contribution to reaching a balanced and sustainable agreement, which strengthens the relationship between the company and workers and contributes to the overall growth of mobility services in the area".
