Other earthquakes in the Catania area: the ground shakes again in Ragalna

The earth continues to shake in the Catania area. After yesterday's seismic swarm, a new tremor with a magnitude between 2.8 and 3.3 was recorded by the Ingv at 6:04 PM in Militello Val di Catania. Shortly before, at 5:39 PM, a tremor with a magnitude of 2.6 was detected 2 kilometers southwest of Ragalna, at a depth of 5 kilometers. The events, although of minor magnitude, are concerning mainly because they follow what happened yesterday, when starting from 7:05 AM a first tremor with a magnitude of 4.5 occurred, the strongest of the day, which caused several damages in Ragalna, the epicenter of the quake.
