There would be another suspect in the Resinovich case, in addition to Sebastiano Visintin, the widower of Liliana. This was reported by the television program «Who has seen it?», specifying that the crime charged would be process fraud. An accusation related to events that occurred in January 2022.

The program indicates that this is a crime related to those who artificially alter «the state of places or things or people» to «deceive the judge» or “the expert in the execution of an expert report”.

The newspaper Il Piccolo on its website goes so far as to speculate that it could involve anatomopathologist Giacomo Molinari, the technician who, by his own admission, claimed that on January 11, 2022 - supporting forensic doctor Fulvio Costandinies in the autopsy of Liliana - he had broken a vertebra. This thesis was refuted by the consultants of Sergio Resinovich - Liliana's brother - professors Vittorio Fineschi and Stefano D’Errico, who stated that the bone was already broken before the examination. For this reason, Sergio had filed a complaint against the technician. However, Molinari reportedly stated to Il Piccolo: «I have not received any notifications». Sergio Resinovich had also requested «the Minister of Health for a timely and rigorous inspection».
