The great sport returns to Sciacca: competitive aerobics reignites the Palatenda Nino Roccazzella

After a silence lasting fifteen years, competitive aerobics returns to vibrate the platforms of Sciacca. On March 7, starting at 3:00 PM, the Palatenda "Nino Roccazzella" will host the Silver and Gold regional championships, a prestigious event entrusted by the Federation to the ASD Discobolo.

The recognition rewards the work of a club that has now become a pillar of the discipline in Sicily, capable of bringing its talents to the Italian National Team. The event will see about 70 elite athletes competing from three leading organizations: in addition to the home team Discobolo, the Fitness 2000 of Syracuse and the Motyka of Modica will also compete. At stake is not only the regional title but also the pass for the interregional phase in April in Pomigliano d'Arco.

“Organizing events is a constant motivation for us,” explains the president of Discobolo, Pippo Simone Vullo, “we want to be a point of reference and promote the sport at the highest level.” This enthusiasm is shared by the federal technician Tiziana Maniscalco, who promises a spectacle: “The strongest gymnasts from the Island will take to the stage. It will be a technical competition of the highest profile, a real challenge in every category.” For the thermal city, a day of sport that smells of redemption and great competitiveness.
