On Sunday, the young talents of Asd Heracles and other sports clubs will be in the spotlight
The previous edition of the gala in Ispica
On Sunday, at the PalaBrancati in Ispica, the second edition of the Gala Young Warriors Kickboxing K1 – City of Ispica will take place, an event dedicated to emerging talents organized by the Heracles association, chaired by Giuseppe Savarino, along with master Gianluca Adamo. An appointment that combines sport, education, and a sense of community, transforming the tatami into a space for growth and courage.
The competitions will start at 10 in the morning; in the afternoon, starting from 6 PM, an open Gala for all sports clubs is scheduled.
The evening will open with the entrance of athletes, masters, and referees to the notes of We Are the World, followed by institutional speeches from President Savarino, Master Adamo, Dr. Sergio Cassisi (Csen), and Dr. Marco Santoro. Both will be awarded a recognition for their commitment to promoting youth sports.
The heart of the event will be reserved for the youngest, aged 5 to 15, coming from various Sicilian provinces.
As stated in the program, the goal is to highlight “young champions and promises of kickboxing from our Sicily”, offering them a stage to compete with respect, discipline, and authentic sportsmanship.
The first performances will be awarded ex aequo, emphasizing the value of the journey more than the result.
Following that, the matches with verdicts will give space to more experienced athletes, with bouts ranging from kickboxing to boxing, culminating in the awarding of amateur Cms titles.
Throughout the event, there will be thanks to those working behind the scenes and to the masters of the various schools on the island, a testament to a vital and cohesive sports network.
The Gala Young Warriors Kickboxing K1 was created, as the organization emphasizes, “in the hope that sports help many young people grow in a healthy and correct way, based on rules and common sense”. A vision that will take shape on Sunday in the steps, gloves, and smiles of the young athletes ready to step onto the tatami.
