Early spring: high pressure brings good weather and mild temperatures, but it won't be the case in Sicily

High pressure over Italy persists and is stable, so nice weather with spring-like temperatures until mid-month is expected. This is announced by Lorenzo Tedici, media responsible meteorologist at iLMeteo.it, emphasizing that there will be no shortage of "isolated afternoon showers" typical of this period. "In the North, over the mid-high Adriatic, and particularly in the eastern Po Valley - he states - night fog is expected during the early morning hours. This, rising during the day, will either dissipate or remain trapped, creating low gray clouds. In the central hours, however, the first heat thunderstorms are not excluded, especially during the weekend."

Starting tomorrow, a vortex will approach Italy bringing rains and local downpours to the Major Islands. This weather pattern will persist, in a scattered manner, throughout the weekend.

According to long-term models generated by artificial intelligence, no Atlantic disturbances are expected to approach before March 18.
