A strong signal of continuity, but with renewed enthusiasm. The elective assembly of the Territorial Delegation of Confcommercio Agrigento, the body that represents the beating heart of commerce in the municipalities of Favara, Grotte, Racalmuto, and Castrofilippo, concluded under the sign of cohesion. The meeting, held in an atmosphere of great participation, confirmed the unanimous election of Gero Niesi as president of the delegation.

Under the aegis of provincial president Francesco Picarella and director Antonio Giardina, the assembly outlined the new governance that will guide local businesses through a delicate economic phase rich in opportunities. Joining Niesi on the board will be a team composed of Alessandra Marsala, Antonio D'Anna, Alfonso Valenza, and Antonio Sorce: a mix of skills designated to strengthen union action in an area considered strategic for the entire province.

Niesi's vision: "Courage and the common good" The newly elected president, already a point of reference for the local productive fabric, welcomed the role with words full of determination: "Being confirmed at the helm of this delegation is an honor that makes me proud. Seeing so many entrepreneurs participate with this enthusiasm has energized me: by staying united, we will foster a business culture that looks to the common good". Niesi then expressed a thought for those who resist in the market: "Those who today have the courage to do business deserve all possible support, which I will continue to guarantee with infinite passion".

Synergy and recognition In addition to the appointments, the assembly experienced a moment of great emotion with the awarding of Nicoletta Palumbo Piccionello, a talented florist awarded the prestigious “Silver Carnation”, as a testament to the artisanal excellence that the territory can express.

The meeting concluded with a call for synergy among the delegations, federations, and the 50&Plus; patronage. "Now let's roll up our sleeves", concluded Niesi, "the future is built together, one business at a time". With this new team, Confcommercio Agrigento reaffirms its commitment to being present throughout the area, transforming the needs of individual municipalities into a single, strong, and authoritative voice.
