There are 19 specialized assistants who, by participating in the call published by the Asp, will be able to say goodbye to precarious employment and be permanently hired. The goal, promoted by the Region, is to structurally strengthen health services also for the recovery of waiting lists and, at the same time, allow for the enhancement of the professionalism acquired by personnel who served during the Covid-19 emergency. This is a shared objective of the Asp, which, through the process of stabilization, values the skills acquired within the company by permanently hiring the personnel who contribute to achieving the goals related to the provision of Essential Levels of Care, the so-called Lea. For the Company, the permanent hiring of the 19 specialized assistants contributes to reducing the spending cap for fixed-term contracts on one hand and pursues the goal of the regional Health Department on the other. The call, as we mentioned, provides for the stabilization of specialized assistants for 19 positions, part-time at 24 hours per week.

And while the assistants, at least 19 of them, will be able to say goodbye to precarious employment, for two medical residents in Pediatrics, the assignment of two freelance contracts is being defined, which will expire on December 31 or upon obtaining their specialization. These are Flavia Sferrazza and Luana Concetta Gazzitano, enrolled in the last and second-to-last year of the specialization school. A permanent contract, on the other hand, is for doctors Antonio Claudio Terrana and Danila Rinoldo, who have already obtained their specialization in Clinical Pathology, while Iosella Maria Taibi and Liborio Scuderi will be employed on a fixed-term and part-time basis, being residents themselves, until they obtain their specialization title.
