At the "Ciccio Scapellato" in Scicli, Akragas only needed two goals scored in the first half to secure the full points at stake. A calm match, played without issues by the boys of Seby Catania, who, when they struck, managed to put the young and eager crimson team in trouble. The difference in technical ability on the field was too clear. The opening goal, in fact, did not take long to arrive and was signed by Tripoli (in the 8th minute), with a shot from almost the edge of the area that surpassed the home goalkeeper Napolitano. Akragas quickly became the master of the field and easily neutralized the timid counterattacks of the Ragusa team at their inception. And so, in the 30th minute, following a play in the crimson area, Marrone doubled the lead. The white-blue forward, well positioned at the edge of the opponent's area, did not hesitate to unleash a cunning and precise shot into the goal. Scicli responded with a few long-range shots that did not trouble the attentive white-blue goalkeeper Manna. With the two-goal advantage, the teams went into halftime. Then, upon returning to the field, the match faded, and no further shocks were recorded. Some tactical substitutions were made by both sides, which did not generate any danger for the goalkeepers. Now, attention turns to Akragas's next home match, where they will face S. Croce Soccer, who held them to a draw in the first leg.
