Poste italiane, Ragusa prima provincia per donne in azienda
The data highlights a very particular pink aspect: here it is

In Ragusa, the lead in female presence is consolidating: here, as stated on the postcard dedicated this year to the International Women's Day, "March 8 is every day".
With this message, accompanied by the image of a kite made of mimosa, Poste Italiane celebrates the occasion once again this year, making philatelic material available at the dedicated counter in Ragusa Centro, in Piazza Giacomo Matteotti.
The initiative aims to project commitment beyond the symbolic date, confirming the company's attention to an issue that remains central: gender equality in the labor market.
In Sicily, half of the employees are women, while the province of Ragusa leads the regional ranking with a female quota of 68% and over 54% of women in positions of responsibility.
A decisive boost comes from the network of post offices, where over 150 female workers represent 70% of the workforce.
The prevalence further increases in front office roles: 72% of counter operators are women, as well as 80% of financial consultants, a figure that is on the rise.
In the Iblean area, the female component is thus predominant in most locations.
Even the delivery shows record numbers: 64% of the resources employed between distribution centers and staff positions are women.
A significant result in a traditionally male sector, where however all delivery centers have a clear female majority and, in two out of three cases, the postman role is held by a woman.
Exemplary is the case of Comiso: in the distribution point serving the urban area of Comiso and the fraction of Pedalino, the workforce is entirely female.
Poste Italiane thus reaffirms a corporate culture that recognizes the decisive role of female employment and consolidates its position among the best employers in the country, obtaining for the seventh consecutive year the Top Employer certification thanks to the excellence of human resources management policies and practices.
