The interrogation: Bonfiglio confirms to prosecutors that he killed his ex-partner

 He was interrogated in prison, at Gazzi, in Messina Santino Bonfiglio, 67 years old, confessed perpetrator of his ex-partner Daniela Zinnanti, 50 years old, by judge Alessia Smedile and prosecutor Roberta La Speme. The judge now has 48 hours to decide whether to validate the detention. The accused has confirmed the confession made on Tuesday evening, when, after initially attempting to deny, he finally capitulated, admitting to having killed her. He confirmed that he went to the woman to talk about the complaint against him, that for the violence suffered which had led the judge in Messina to impose house arrest for Bonfiglio. In an earlier complaint, the man had, in fact, managed to convince the woman to retract everything. The argument with the woman on Monday evening ended with dozens of stab wounds inflicted on the abdomen of the 50-year-old. According to what was reconstructed by the Mobile Squad of Messina, the man had brought the knife with him.
